1. Who we are
This app is operated by Cyberclick Agent, S.L. (hereinafter, "Cyberclick"), with registered office at Moll de Barcelona, s/n, World Trade Center North Building, 2nd floor, 08039 Barcelona (Spain). 2. What this app does
The Cyberclick HubSpot Checker connects to a HubSpot portal via OAuth in order to:
- Read account-level information about the portal (ID, name, currency, timezone, domain).
- Count records in standard CRM objects (contacts, companies, deals, tickets) and read deal pipeline status.
- Generate a portal snapshot visible to the installer at our public dashboard.
- Notify the installer by email and pass the snapshot to Cyberclick's team for follow-up.
3. Data we collect from your HubSpot portal
- Portal metadata: Hub ID, name, tier, currency, timezone, domain, enabled Hubs and user/owner directory.
- Aggregate counts of standard CRM objects (contacts, companies, deals, products, tickets, line items, quotes) and engagements (emails, calls, meetings, notes, tasks).
- Deal pipelines: stage definitions and aggregate deal status per pipeline.
- Asset metadata — not contents — for marketing campaigns, emails, lists, forms, landing pages, templates, sequences, target accounts, knowledge base articles, feedback surveys and workflows: names, types, status and usage statistics.
- Property definitions and per-property fill rate for contacts, companies and deals.
- Email health and data-quality indicators: we read only status flags from contact records (hard bounce, invalid, opt-out, marketable status, presence of phone, and identification fields like name/email/domain for duplicate estimation) to compute aggregate metrics.
- OAuth access and refresh tokens issued by HubSpot, stored encrypted at rest.
- The email address of the user who installed the app (the "installer").
We do not read or store individual conversations, the content of emails or notes, call recordings, attached files, or any free-form content from your CRM records.
4. How we use your data
- To generate and deliver your portal snapshot.
- To allow Cyberclick's team to prepare a personalized audit and reach out.
- To send the installer one email with a private link to the snapshot.
- To improve the reliability and performance of this service.
6. Retention
We retain your portal data for as long as the app remains installed and for a limited period after uninstall to honor any pending follow-up. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hubspot-audit@cyberclick.net. Uninstalling the app from HubSpot revokes the access tokens immediately.
7. Your rights (GDPR)
If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights write to hubspot-audit@cyberclick.net.
8. Security
OAuth tokens are stored encrypted at rest. Connections are secured with TLS. We restrict access to portal data to the minimum staff required to deliver the audit follow-up.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the latest revision. Material changes will be notified to active installations.
