1. What the app does
The Cyberclick HubSpot Checker gives you a two-step review of your portal:
- Instant snapshot — the moment you install, we run an automated read-only scan of your portal and surface the key numbers: CRM volumes, deal pipelines, data hygiene indicators, activity levels and automation coverage.
- Expert follow-up — within 5 business days, a certified HubSpot specialist from the Cyberclick team manually reviews your snapshot and reaches out with prioritized recommendations. This step is 100% free and includes an optional 30-minute conversation.
No data is written to your portal. The app only requests read scopes.
2. How to install
- From the HubSpot Marketplace listing, click Install app.
- Select the HubSpot portal you want to audit.
- Review the requested scopes and click Connect app.
- You'll land on the audit dashboard automatically. The snapshot usually completes in under a minute.
The account owner or a super admin should perform the install so all scopes can be granted.
3. What's inside the audit
The starter snapshot covers:
- Portal identity — account ID, name, currency, timezone, hub.
- CRM volumes — contacts, companies, deals, tickets: total, created in the last 30 days, active in the last 90 days.
- Deal pipelines — pipeline breakdown, win rate and stage distribution.
- Activity levels — emails, calls, meetings, notes, tasks (last 365 days).
- Data hygiene indicators — duplicate estimates, marketing contact status, unassigned records.
The expert follow-up expands this with a qualitative review of workflows, sequences, forms, lists, campaigns, custom objects and gaps in adoption per Hub.
4. What happens after the install
- You'll receive an email at the address associated with the HubSpot user who installed the app, confirming the snapshot is ready and containing a link back to your report.
- The report is accessible any time via the same link during the retention period.
- A Cyberclick specialist will reach out within 5 business days with the expert audit.
5. Data and security
- Read-only — the app requests only read scopes. Nothing is created, modified or deleted in your portal.
- Where your data lives — audit results and OAuth tokens are stored in AWS eu-west-1 (Ireland).
- Sub-processors — AWS (hosting, storage, SES email), Anthropic and OpenAI (LLM analysis). See the Privacy Policy for the full list.
- Retention — audit reports are kept for 12 months by default (configurable on request).
6. How to uninstall
You can revoke access at any time from your HubSpot portal:
- Go to Settings → Integrations → Connected apps.
- Locate Account Checker (how it appears listed in HubSpot) and click Uninstall.
Uninstalling revokes the OAuth token immediately. If you also want your audit results deleted, email hubspot-audit@cyberclick.net and we'll purge them within 30 days.
