1. Acceptance
By installing or using the Cyberclick Account Checker (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install the Service or uninstall it from your HubSpot portal.
2. The Service
The Service connects to a HubSpot portal via OAuth and produces a portal snapshot covering high-level configuration and aggregate CRM metrics. After the snapshot is generated, a specialist from Cyberclick's team typically reviews the analysis results and reaches out with a personalized audit. The free audit follow-up is offered on a best-effort basis and is not guaranteed.
3. Eligibility
You must have authority to install third-party applications on the HubSpot portal you connect. You are responsible for the actions taken under your installation.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access portals you are not authorized to manage.
- Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service.
- Do not use the Service to violate any law or any third party's rights.
5. Pricing
The Service is currently free. We reserve the right to introduce paid tiers in the future, in which case existing free installations will receive notice and continued access to the equivalent functionality at no charge for a reasonable transition period.
6. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how we use it.
7. Service availability
We strive to keep the Service available and accurate, but we provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cyberclick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Service.
10. Termination
You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling the Service from your HubSpot portal. We may suspend or terminate the Service for any account that breaches these Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Barcelona, Spain, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer-protection law.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the latest revision. Material changes will be notified to active installations.
